flex circuit dsign software for creating their own design?

Hi,

Does anyone know a company that will do a flex board (2 or 3 layers) that
has software to allow the user to create their own design before ordering
the board? I have a complex design that I have created using ExpressPCB that
I want to port over to a flex design.

I like their software, the only thing I didn't like much is their
Oscilloscope simulation, it didn't seem to work for me.
